Welcome to the Tallahassee Botanical Gardens, a vibrant, community-focused green space nestled in the historic Frenchtown district, just minutes from downtown Tallahassee. We are thrilled to announce that the Gardens will officially open to the public in October 2025!

Our initial space is thoughtfully designed to offer a tranquil and educational experience for all ages. Explore diverse native plant collections, discover vital pollinator habitats, and enjoy a variety of family-friendly features.

Group Experiences

Youth Group & School Experience

  • Ages 3–20; minimum 10 participants

  • Includes 60–75 minutes of guided enrichment activities (butterfly exploration, edible gardening, eco-art, scavenger hunts)

  • Annual Junior Membership included (unlimited return visits, special events)

  • Group discounts available for 25+ and 50+ participants

  • Easy online booking with flexible options


Homeschool Experience

  • Ages 5–17; minimum 5 participants

  • Hands-on stations designed for mixed-age groups (pollinators, gardening, STEM, nature art)

  • Annual Youth Membership included

  • Flexible weekday scheduling

  • Optional nature journaling or seed kit add-ons

25–49 children $13 Includes seed kits for all participants
50+ children $12 Includes all bonuses + custom sign

Chaperones attend free with every 10 children. Additional adults $5 each.
